Prototype

Through investment and with technical partners, we have the facilities and experience to provide design, CAE analysis, rolling road, rig testing, the manufacture of prototype parts & systems, through to type approval and to series manufacturing.

We design and manufacture our own jigs, fixtures & tooling, so as to be able to react quickly & economically to any design changes.

Materials include but are not limited to: stainless steel, inconel, titanium. We are also able to supply Hydroformed parts, and 3D printing DMLS, SLA & SLS models and chemical etching.

We can also provide machined & extruded parts in a variety of materials including Magnesium, as well as heatshields, oil/water pipes and a range of special finishes and coatings, eg PVD, ceramic, anodising, e-coat, bright & black chrome, dye diffusion, etc.
