Junior Graduate Engineer

Factory Labourer/Operators (4 positions):

Required for a busy production environment, the labourer / operator will carry out a number of different tasks as directed by the production team leaders including but not limited to:

  • Operating production machinery / equipment
  • Gauging of finished parts
  • Pipe cutting & sizing
  • Cleaning
  • Packing

Assistant Storeperson / Factory Labourer (1 position):

Required for a busy production environment, the assistant storeman / factory labourer will be literate, numerate and computer literate and will primarily assist with duties associated with the material side of the business but will also be required to carry out other duties to support the production team as required, including but not limited to:

  • Picking of components for production
  • Loading & un-loading trucks
  • Booking deliveries onto the system
  • Keeping the stores areas clean and tidy
  • Assisting with labour in the main factory as and when required

Previous experience of stores work, inventory control, material handling is desirable but not essential as full training will be required. Candidates with Fork lift experience / in date training cover will have a distinct advantage, however, candidates who believe they have relevant experience/attributes should not be dissuaded from applying as training will be provided for the right person.

Electrical/Mechanical Maintenance Technician

  • Improvements to machine availability and reduced downtime
  • Improvements to machine efficiency and performance
  • Achievement of Preventative Maintenance Plan
  • Carry out building maintenance duties as required.

Qualifications, skills and attributes:

  • Trained in an engineering discipline, ideally having completed an apprenticeship
  • Electrically trained to NVQ Level 2 or 3 or equivalent, about to fault find (24-440 volt systems)
  • Experience in the maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical systems inc hydraulics
  • Experience of working on equipment with sensors and vision systems a distinct advantage
  • Ability to demonstrate strong team working with good interpersonal skills
  • Flexible to respond to changing priorities and able to work on own initiative.
  • Computer literate and able to use Microsoft office products (ECDL)
  • A positive and “Can Do” attitude
